Standard Annual Maintenance Program
This program keeps your HVAC unit operating at it’s optimal condition year-round. We report to you the operating efficiency, health of the unit, and any issues that may need to be addressed. Choosing this option will lower the chances of any surprise breakdowns caused by years of neglect and age.

5% Discount on diagnostics and repairs for units covered under this plan.

Premium Annual Maintenance Program
This annual maintenance program comes with extended labour warranty under McKeever Heating and Air Conditioning, and a spot on our preferred customer list.
Preferred customers get a max discount of 10% off all products, diagnostics, and repairs. Preferred customers are also given priority over which dates and times they want to book an appointment.
Extended labour warranty is only applicable to parts covered by manufacturer for the duration of the manufacter’s warranty. After the warranty is expired, membership benefits will remain and the fee is reduced to reflect the value.
This program must be renewed annually to continue to receive it’s benefits.
Only units installed by McKeever Heating and Air-Conditioning are applicable for this program.

Check for proper temperature and pressure relief valve operation and replace if necessary (additional charge).

Flush the water tank to get rid of sediment.
Test heating operation.
Check amperage draw (for electric water heaters).
